As there is no perfect conversion between UK and European sizes, the sizes shown below are the European equivalent of the UK size. We would always recommend that you order the bigger size for fit.
Your order will be dispatched on the same day, if ordered before 6.30pm (Sunday to Friday). If ordered Saturday, your order will be dispatched Sunday. We use a tracked 48 hour delivery service.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original unworn condition. There are two ways in which you can do this:
Our free returns option is to take the order to your local Shoe Zone store. Please find your local store using the Store Locator page section on Shoe Zone's website. It is important that you make sure that the item is in its original, resalable condition still when you do return it to us. Please ensure that you also keep all your Shoe Zone packaging so that you can take this with you, we will then be able to use your returns reference from the label to process your return back to you.
Alternatively, you're more than welcome to post the item back to our Head Office. Please be advised that Shoe Zone does not offer a free postal returns service, therefore any returns made to our Head Office would be at your own cost. For details on postal returns, please follow the instructions within the Order Dispatched email.
If the item received is faulty on receipt, please follow the returns instructions within the Order Dispatched email. This will allow you to upload photos and describe the fault. Our Customer Services team will then automatically approve the return if deemed faulty and a free returns label will be provided.
